During our 9-day ITIL v3 Intermediate RC&V and OS&A Capabilities Certification Training Camp, students will live, learn, and take the exams at one of our state-of-the-art education centers. This blended-learning course employs outcome-based (Lecture | Lab | Review)™ delivery that focuses on preparing you with the real-world skills required to pass the certification exams (and to hit the ground running in your career). You will learn the practical aspects of the ITIL v3 Service Lifestyle and processes associated with the Release, Control and Validation and Operational Support and Analysis of services and service delivery.
